I can't see Ultraboy winning this. Doesn't he only get to use ONE superpower at a time?

Against a guy like Namor you'd need at least BOTH super strength AND invulnerability at the same time.

^^ He can switch with just a mere thought. He's gone up against bricks like Namor before, plus he can also switch to heat vision and toast Namor that way.

In theory yes, in practice not so much. He has kicked beings like white martian's asses, held his own against Mon-El in combat for extended periods and even subdued him once and his ultra-vision has been used to take part in creating a new sun.

Pretty much covered what I was going to say word for word.
Let's also not forget his durability even without invulnerability is relative to Namor due to muscle density as superstrength. In short since he is stronger he is more durable, Or he could just stick to superspeed and blitz Namor with infinite mass punches
