Supes can speed Blitz Marvel and if they intend to put him down, he wont Hold back and MOS billy
as for Dr.Fate he could just make a spell to burn MM but he, like superman will go in for the Kill and rip Dr.Fates mind apart. or Change his Size and Crush him this fight could go Both ways
The underlined simply wont work.
1. Dr fate has fought and resisted better mentalists than MM. Brainwave Snr has TP projected and made the entire world see what he wanted them to in All Star 58/9. He also TP controlled/influenced the Jim Corrigan Spectre in All Star Squadron 20.
2. Dr Fate has increased his size at a whim to be so large the Earth is roughly the size of his boot.
There is no power that MM has that Fate hasn't exhibited to the same or greater degree's and he has a LOT more.
Fate's powers
Super Strength - roughly Superman level
Invulnerability
Super speed (sonic level) - see the future/time control/dimensional travel
Intagability
Invisibility
Shape shifting
TK - he's mentally moved a planet into a sun
TP - multiple instances
energy manipulation ( has displayed the ability to draw on and control any form of energy)
Matter manipulation
dimensional manipulation
Animation of inanimate objects to fight for him
Heal and bring dead back to life (re-animate corpses to fight for him)
Fate could Solo under the right situation/plot. Cap should keep Supes busy long enough for team 1 to win.
WHAT Captain AMerica says Shazam and Billys turns into a Normal KId as For Cap he Becomes the Hero we Deserve but not the One it Need, Its Complicated but its pretty awesome if you think about it
