Sersi isn't beating the Hulk, Ike couldn't do it and neither we she. She isn't the Sulver Surfer. The Hulk has not squared off against Zuras so placing him name up there like it matters is a no no. The Hulk could potentially one shot Sersi. Hulk wins.
I didn't say she is SS I said she is SS lite, Ikaris fought the robot Hulk it wasn't the real hulk. Sersi matter manipulation is pretty high, she is more powerful than Ikaris she is the highest level Etenral in Matter manipulation and energy projection, who too say Sersi would go h2h!? She can turn him into tampon even though he could revert back he will still be jacked up; Eternals are highly durable especioally when they increase their physical abilities.

sersi turns intangible and turns hulk into a cockroach. she proceeds to squash him. at absolute worst she bfr's him 10/10. we saw what umar could do to hulk. sersi should be able to do the same in a forum fight. in a comic, hulk might evolve some defense or other, but since we've not seen that, (she's far different from gray gargoyle....) we can't just assume he could. in a forum fight, it's difficult to beat sersi. especially if you're as one dimensional as hulk.
Nothing in her arsenal that could pose a threat to current Hulk. He's got speed, sheer - overwhelming - power, durability and resistance to Matter Manipulation/healing factor that makes matter manipulation completely ineffective.
Whereas nothing is beyond Hulk's capacity to "smash", having just (again) demonstrated it by smashing through time itself.
