Alright the goal is too make a make the most formidable being by drafting body parts from various characters that are below high herald level. Any superman, superman parody or pastiche are not allowed.
Body part must be keyed to a specific powerset or has tied to a weapon you want to imbue eg. 1. Hands with shocker's gauntlets. 2. Hands of Iceman =although he doesnt need his hands or anything to create ice, he still prominently use it to channel his powers.
