was never really impressed by ult. GG, I read DOS, and ult.spiderman only lost that fight because he was injured, before that he fought sandman,elektro, forgot the others, he was a freakin' 16(correct me if I'm wrong) year old at that fight,
so honestly, I think he stops either in batman/hawkeye for both gauntlets
