I was wondering who would win in a fight between Odin at his best vs H.E. I actually have no idea. How would this fight go. I know H.E. fought Galactus and held his own.
HE impregnates Odin's eye socket, then evolves the eye baby into Sauron.

....which happened 37 years ago, not to mention that Galactus was hungry and beat HE without much trouble.
More recently though (in silver surfer v6) H.E. managed to steal SS's powers and Galactus' tech and began to "create worlds" with it. Eventually Galactus confronted him (and could have destroyed him) but decided to leave him so that HE can act as "the builder of worlds" as opposed to himself who's a "destroyer of worlds".
