If it's omni-God goat then he wins even if the battle is within MJJ's warp.
Also, Jamie didn't exactly give his life but got ambushed from behind and killed.

^ it was a future version of Jamie, so all Jamie's feats apply to him. But he managed to become God on an omniversal scale via the omniversal tower in the end (uncanny x force #23):

He became "omni God". He got defeated because present Jamie got killed (killing the future version of the process which was the goat)
At that point he should handle MJJ, imo. If not then it could go either way.
