Larf may be able to channel the orange spectrum to a massive degree, but Kyle is the orange spectrum. Take Sinestrallax vs. Volthoom, for example: even though Volthoom was a powerhouse, Sinestrallax was demonstrably superior to him where fear-related powers were concerned, because he'd just absorbed(and most importantly: gained internal control of) the fear entity itself. Kyle did the same basic thing... Except with every single emotional entity.

So yeah, Kyle *should* take this quite easily. Feats be damned.

Indeed, no lantern should be able to defeat their own color's emotion beast.
