Doomsday vs Amazo

HP Doomsday

VS

Amazo, with abilities of Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Flash, Green Lantern, Zatana, and Captain Atom.

Stipulations: No power stealing for Amazo, but PIS and CIS are turned off for him. Doomsday thinks Amazo is a Kryptonian. No bfr, fight is to the death.

Are Amazos powers all stacked, or does he just get the best attribute of each person he has? This decides it for me.

So he stacked Flash's speed on top of GL's constructs, Canary's cry, Black Lightning's...blackness, and with martial arts knowledge to boot.

Doomsday has been shown to be fast enough to attack Flash and adapted to super strength, power rings, etc before. Why wouldn't he now?

1. He has never faced magic on this scale before. Or even magic, period.
2. His adaptation has never been shown to be able to cope with a brand new attack at this speed before (imagine a hundred spells being cast per second). The sonic attack Supes used would be a tickle compared to being turned into a flamingo.
3. Doomsday has attacked Flash before, sure. Ignoring any debates of PIS/CIS on Flash's part, what stops Amazo from stacking their speeds (WW/MM/Flash/Superman) on top of each other?
