Too much at the top end of DC. Zoom alone represents a problem that I'm not sure anyone on the Marvel team is equipped to handle. Not a terribly lopsided fight, but also a clear one.

Atrocitus W/Butcher is... well, Butcher's the being who powers the red emotion spectrum akin to Parallax and Ion, so *very* powerful.
Alan Scott as you see him there has the starheart and is a good step up from him Green Lantern days.
You get the idea. *Lots* of trans, and impressive trans at that, in here.
