Hands down Storm and Magneto are more powerful than teams. Really Storm don't even need the X-men, since her powers dwarf their's and she can block telepathy with electric fields.
Day One: Storm and Mags VS X-men team (current or classic, you choose). Not counting herself as part of the team of course.
Day Two: VS The Justice League: Minus Superman and Wonder Woman. The rest I think Storm and Mags would solo. Batman get's a week of prep (not that it will help) Battle happens outside Wayne Manor.
None of the team left can fly but Green lantern and hawkman.
Hawkman goes down.
GL goes down after a hard fight. Magneto picks up the GL ring. From then on it's a ROFL stomp.
Don't care what Batman did.
Flash and Aquaman can't fly. So long Storm and Mags stay in the air, they should win flawlessly.
Fast as flash is, he still gets tagged from time to time, and between the forcefield powers of mag and the wind/lightning of Storm, Flash would get tagged by mega lightning.
Aquaman? Please. Storm will freeze/fry him while Mags does something creative. Like launch him into space via diamagnetism.
You're assuming Magneto can just use a Green Lantern ring, when it's not a certainty. Assuming he can even put GL down (Storm won't be able to do much if at all to GL).
Don't discount Batman. That's a mistake far too many villains make.
Staying airborne will help, but won't make them unhittable.
Flash can move faster than lightning.
Good luck flash freezing or frying Aquaman.
So is the Justice League all just standing around while Storm and Magneto do this? Or are they fighting back at all?
Fight starts with Justice League standing there, like their fights often start.
Storm opens up with lightning attacks. While flash is faster, he has been tagged by slower than light foes repeatedly, I think the Storm will manage to tag him once. And she will only need to once. Wind will slow him down anyway. Aquaman? Mags can chuck him into outer space if need be. What's he gonna do? No water around to control.
Mags shields will block stuff Flash throws, and Storm could shield herself with wind.
Ultimately, if Stom goes down, Mags likely loses.
So the battle would have to be Mags doing most of the attacks with a lightning boost from Storm. Mags could channel Storms lightning to do wide area electromagnetic attacks and solo.
Magneto and Storm don't get free hits at the start.
Flash is more likely to dodge Storm's blasts than she is to hit him. We don't assume he's going to fight like an idiot just to make Storm look good.
Aquaman doesn't control water, unless you're talking about Water Hand Aquaman, which is a rare variation. If it is Water Hand Aquaman, then there is water to control: Inside Magneto and Storm's bodies.
Storm's "shields" have been breached by less than something thrown by Aquaman or Flash. Not to mention Cyborg's energy blasts. Then there's Green Lantern, who could put down Storm in one shot.
