Heralds vs Plutonian

Ft war, what Herald has better raw strength fts than Plutonian.

Lets exclude infinite weights here...don't want my thread getting derailed with people asking if the ft is legit or not (which also results to flaming and bashing). Include durability as well.

Raw strength doesn't really apply to the Plutonian, imo. He's not what you'd call a typical strongman.
