Omnipotent VS Metafiction

I have question. If We accept metafictional implication of Final Crisis, Cosmic armor superman and Mandrakk may be above Omnipotent. because they are outside Story of DC omniverse, and treat Omnipotent as only a character.
Off course,Presence is omnipotent, and, may be Writer's avatar. if so, Superman and Mandrakk will be stomped. What do you think?

None of those characters are omnipotent. NONE of them.

They may exceed mainstream DC megaverse, they do not go past DC continuity. Definitely not the omniverse.

Marvel was probably talking about the omniverse first on panel anyway because DC doesn't know what they're talking about, they have so many omnipotent being(s) which is just horrible understanding about how powers work. One day its Superman, the next Presence, the next Ellaine, the next Synnar, etc. No order what so ever.
