Lose the most is anyone who should have died long ago. Most of the big names count, especially anyone in lower tiers. Wolverine is a good example.
The people who gain the most are those with limited showings, because we like to extrapolate wildly based on too little information. The same goes for whoever has a very recent uber feat. The reactionary tendencies of the internet favor someone who looked awesome recently, rather than someone with consistent showings but nothing in the last year or so.
