Both start at opposite ends of Gotham and must hunt and take down thier target.

Bucky starts on the Helicarrier and Cass starts in the Batcave
They get no direct assistance but can use anything to help them they can find.

Active Gotham; both IC

There's only so much you can do from your eye in the sky; am envisioning Cassie using the Batcave and tracking them down, or perhaps Oracle's computers etc. Then, depending on how difficult the target is (underground? in a warehouse? sewers? etc) sh, knowing the city better than most, would be able to get there quicker.
