in general widow is outgunned here. i think she could take some though. range is on her side and those stings CAN be cranked up to a pretty high level. if she gets in close and wants to kill, i think she could score some knock outs. it'd be an uphill battle though. i'd say ld 7/10. be a great fight to see in a book imo.
