Both are in the realm of earth at the academy where liu kang resides

However shinnok has all of his elder god powers and shao khan has absorbed blazes power from armageddon.

The two engage in a free for all fight who wins.

Even with the original amulet, Shinnok is a good deal below Blaze considering he was beaten by Raiden and the Elder Gods, while Blaze could have devoured all the realms and nobody could stop him.

Yes. This is the original shinnok before mksz and mk4. He has amulet and elder god abilities

Its the same with khan. He was beaten by raiden liu and finally killed by the elder gods. Liu beat him twice.
