In a strictly h2h battle, First Born wins.

He handled Orion and WW with the utmost of ease, and also endured everything Apollo threw at him. While I believe Frank is certainly strong enough to give FB one hell of a fight, in the end I think it comes down to FB simply having better h2h feats.

Read the OP. SHADE is sending Frankenstein on a mission to defeat/kill FB. He can have his sword and any guns SHADE has to deal with the enemy.
