I'd have to give the fight to Gladiator.
1. Gladiator can fly and has ranged attacks while Colossus does not.
2. Colossusnaut, in every incarnation I'VE seen, has great strength, determination, and damage soak,
but LACKS the true invulnerability of Classic Juggernaut, registers pain from high-level attacks, and receives visible injury when pummeled for any length of time.
Actually, Colossusnaut looks a lot like Juggernaut himself, post forcefield-removal, as shown when original Juggs fought against Thor ...

Gladiator is in Thor's weight class.
However, unlike Thor, Gladiator in this scenario, presuming Colossusnaut does indeed lack the forcefield of Classic Juggernaut, will not be operating under a 60 second time limit.
Moreover, he is more ruthless than Thor and, apparently, gains more strength, power, and invulnerability from his confidence, which should be pretty high when he sees the effect his punches have on Colossus.
Gladiator for the win.

I think Gladiator absolutely dominates this fight from beginning to end. So badly in fact, that Cytorrak gives Gladiator juggernaut powers.

LOL.
In all seriousness, Colossonaut was an absolute failure of a character (like Colossus himself). Glads got this.

Colossonaut wasn't a failure, he was just scared to use his power but when he did use his powers, he was a beast and truly unstoppable. To the point where he shrugged off and assault from Spiderman, Thing, and Rulk. In a fight, I would give him a majority against almost any Herald that mainly resorts to physical attacks (depending on that herald strength and amps). Love my boy Gladiator but I would probably lose this. Even though Rulk has been tonned down a bit, he is still physically high Herald and if he can't cause physical harm to Colossonaut, I can't see my boy Glads doing it (along with a lot of other Heralds as well).

Gladiator lost to a green Thor after beating Wonder Man. I think Colossusnaut has a chance.

Colossus held his own normal, with Cyttorak powers he should win especially if he goes demon mode.

Are you saying regular Colossus could hold his own against glads? He could hold his own metal heart after Gladiator hands it to him.

He's actually correct as teenage Colossus did hold his own. He lost, but did briefly hold his own.

That was under Claremont. It doesn't have much relevance to the high herald Gladiator that we've known for the last few decades that was established by John Bryne.
Although I don't think Claremont gave a f*ck as he was the one who wrote the Gambit deck and Corsair knockouts.

You didn't like Claremont? Peter also had a prolonged battle with Cain as well though, so he wasn't always the push over that he's become these days.
