Shang's done the Wonder Woman bullet deflection thing with his bracelets back in the day.. He's right up there with Matt, Elektra, and Danny as a bullet dodger.

Longshot is MUUUUCH more agile. His bones are hollow meaning he is like half as heavy as a normal human his size. His musculature is also much more developed, he can perform moves that would literally be impossible for anyone who is not at least enhanced in some way. He wouldn't even need his luck.
Shangs not exactly normal himself, though. Being more agiles I'll give, but can he take a hit from a guy who punches through metal robots with his bare hands, or breaks through electrified power armor designed to shock anyone who touches it with thousands of volts of electricity?
Can he knock out a guy who survived a hit from a Savage Hulk level character?
I've been reading through Master of Kung Fu again, and after the first 35 issues or so, Shangs feats get more and more over the top.

Dude when LS's luck was on the fritz a pissed She-Hulk couldn't lay a glove on him. He's dodged long distance attacks from a team of xmen. Danced around Spidey who also couldn't tag him. Long shot is capable of leaping double his body height backflipping and landing on the same spot he left from in next to no time. Shang shouldn't be able to even lay a glove on him unless he lets him.
