Gargan wins, imo. Even Gorgon shouldn't tank an acid bath.

Gorgon has super human durability + Super human healing factor that was stated to be on par with wolverines , he can take anything scorpion has. but gargan is going to lose his head.

Gargan's tail is faster then Spidey, and he's physically strong enough to bloody up Cage with one punch.

you have to be shitting me. healing factor has limits? you wana tell me that a wolverine level healing factor will meet his limits in the form of gargan and his abstract tail and acid? sometimes the best thing to do is not say anything at all.
gorgon took stubbing and slashing from wolverine and wasnt even bothered by it, kept fighting like nothing happened. he took a pole thru him like nothing. he took a cut from Phobos a god and was ok. he took shang chi energy blast. just to portray the level of it, a non effort chi blast from shang chi. but his healing factor will be taxed out by a tail hit from gorgon and some acid?
speed? gorgons tail is a problem to spidy because of the range however spidy avoids that tail more than not. in most fights spidy is avoiding that tail all day long. gorgon is that fast with his sword and wrist movement to the point he block machine gun fire comming at him from different directions. and he was able to cut the hands of a speedster. he was so fast he stubbed wolverine before wolverine was able to even sense him, wonverine commented that "no one is that fast".
the second gargan will try to hit gorgon with his tail guess what? the tail is cut off and so is gargan. anyone who reads comics and is non biased will tell you this is 100% how the fight will go.
