Fight takes place at Wayne Manor in Gotham City.
Both combatants have no knowledge about the Batcave, or of Bruce Wayne's secret identity.
Scenario 1: Face-to-face H2H melee combat. No equipment, just pure brawl.
Scenario 2: With full gear and 30 min prep time. They enter the mansion from opposite ends. Both combatants have full knowledge of each others' fighting techniques and equipment.
Scenario 3: Bruce Wayne has just returned home after meeting with some stock holders. Bruce has just been alerted of their presence inside his mansion by Alfred.

I take it it's GG before he got depose red by Pete in that case:
1 Norman in a stomp.
2 Norman again in a stomp. He has a genius level intellect and is a great prepper.
3 Bats has the home field advantage and the element of surprise. He can prep for them while the Goblins duke it out.
