Not on average he shouldn't going by the times he's tried to cut him and most of them doing nothing more than making sparks and scouring his skin at most.

One time he did minor dmg, scoring [Dracula arc], in the other [Hellverine] encounter only one swipe failed out of several - that's pretty good.

The fact that it took a clearly heavily amped Hellverine to cut him, that speaks volumes in Big C's favor I'd say.

His claws weren't on fire, so he didn't need to go all out to pierce his armor (yeah, in another comic he's shown the ability to heat them up w/ hellfire).
There was a strength boost, but he's done fine without it against the likes of Gladiator, IG Thanos, Modern Thing or others.

But he's also had trouble cutting people like Hulk, Thing, etc... on more than one occasion.
And that stat boost was fairly noticeable. Colossus threw him through the roof and to the other side of the island, and he was back in moments.

Trouble cutting Thing? When exactly?
Hulk is Hulk... and even with him, it's hard to find good examples.
It's safe to say he was back so soon because of the teleportation ability he's shown in the exact same issue
