Rank These Characters in Terms of Speed
A lot of times characters tend to keep up with one another or have long drawn out fights, but I wonder if that is really how things would come out in a static stat by stat comparison. In this vein, I'd like to figure out how these characters compare to one another in speed. There are quite a few characters I'm wondering about so I put 3 different groups.
