 Amazo vs lucifer morningstar

Rules:
1.Battle takes place in Hell.
2. Lucifer has 1 month prep
3. Amazo starts off with the power of bizzaro, The atom, Flash, Black Canary, Red tornado, Queen mera, Etrigan and martian manhunter.
4. Amazo has 50 2l water bottles

I was given to understand all 4 rules were for the same battle?

IOW:

Amazo has the powers of bizzaro, The atom, Flash, Black Canary, Red tornado, Queen mera, Etrigan and martian manhunter, and is fighting Lucifer in Hell, armed with 50 2L bottles of water.

Lucifer, meanwhile, has had 1 entire month of prep.
