Hardly a weak link. No one's going to one shot him. He can go with either Kyle (yay!) or Superman for sure.
DC's big advantage is Flash, Marvel's Surfer. The fight hinges on what these two do, and how fast it's done.
That said, i'm going with Marvel. SS has more ways to hurt/shut down team DC than Flash does Marvel.
