I'd write it as a drawn out battle. Initially Thanos would be holding his own against the team because the big guns wouldn't realize what they were up against. Manhunter would attempt to read Thanos's mind and get knocked out by the backlash. This would cause Wonder Woman, Hawkman, and Superman to up the ante while Marvel tends to Manhunter, and would cause Thanos to unleash more power as he sees that Superman and Wonder Woman pack a punch. Thanos would telepathically attack Green Arrow, Batman, and Hal and make them attack their teammates. Thanos would then be getting the upperhand and appear to be on the verge of winning when Manhunter ignites and turns into his Fernus persona, laying out everyone on the battlefield except Thanos who teleports away grinning and saying that he got what he came for.

Superman vs Genis - Don't know Genis too well but....can't he absorb energy? And teleport? If so he either drains Supes or teleports him into a red sun.


Surfer vs Orion - Surfer wins pretty easily, absorbing the astroforce and putting Orion down with a blast.


Indestructible Hulk vs The General - Hulk wins simply by overpowering him in a slugging match (I guess throw some speed in there).


Bane vs Kingpin - Kingpin matches strength with him, then Bane annihilates him because he's more skilled.


Midnighter vs Gorgon - Gorgon chops him up because why not.


Deathstroke vs Shang Chi - Shang Chi dodges DS's bullets, out matches him hand to hand, wins with a pressure point or some cool kung fu BS.


Promethius vs Captain America - Cap wins via shield bash after a cool fight.


Spiderman vs Hawkman - Spidey webs Hawkman up after dodging his hits all day.



Thanos vs JLA (you determine the team) -

Team is MMH, Supes, Wonder Woman, Hal, John Stewart, Wally West, Zatanna, Hawkman, Captain Marvel.

Thanos annihilates them hand to hand, knocking all of them out with relative ease, TP'ing Wally, draining Hal and John after breaking their constructs and showing them just how weak they are.




Darkseid vs The Avengers (you determine the team) -

First team: Thor, Hulk, Hyperion, Sentry, Iron Man, Ares, Hawkeye, Captain America.

Second team: Spectrum, Blue Marvel, Blade, Luke Cage, Power Man, aka Mighty Avengers.

First team takes it to Darkseid, Thor doing the best, Hulk being overpowered, Sentry and Hyperion doing a number when they team up with Thor and Hulk, but ultimate Darkseid overcomes and proves himself boss (street levelers are there for the shield and some cool arrow from Hawkeye).

Iron Man tries all of his suits, they also get destroyed. Avengers are defeated when the Mighty Avengers come to save the day.

Blue Marvel tries to trade shots with Darkseid after Power Man and Cage get easily BFR'd and KO'd. He holds his own, Darkseid steps it up, Blade helps and saves BM by cutting into DS's arm with adamantium.

Spectrum flies through him, taking him down for a while. Then she flies him into a supernova while manipulating the electricity in his brain or w/e which temporarily finishes him off.
