Not really sure what Beast and Piotr bring to the table here. Brute strength isn't enough given Grodd's abilities (TK, TP, fast enough to keep up with DNCU Barry).
Team can take wins with teamwork and intelligence (mostly on the strength of Bobby and Emma, IMO), but I can't see them taking anything close to a majority.
Yeah, wins are going to come via Iceman. Basically a more powerful Captain Cold with back up going against a slower Flash, who Is his own back up. If Grodd gets bogged down, which is very likely, its harder for him to bring his other admittedly formidable powers into play, than it is for a team of actual individuals working in concert.
