Thanos with Gauntlet equipped vs. Living Tribunal

We never got to see this fight. Thanos defeated Eternity and then afterwards Living Tribunal deactivated the Infinity Gauntlet. We know that Thanos can beat LT with the Heart of the Universe, but suppose he went at it with LT while he wore the pre-deactivated Gauntlet.

Who would win?

LT only stopped the gems from working in unison after Warlock agreed and physically seperated them (making them much weaker than they were combined in the Gauntlet). LT did not overwrite the Infinity Gems while they were combined as the Infinity Gauntlet.
