Hawkeye.
Yondu's most likely above human in stats, and can control his arrows in flight, but i i just dont see him being as skilled.
Hawkeye has a quiver full of take down methods and a track record that speaks for itself.

in all likelihood whoever gets off the first shot. clint's got more tricks but yondu's arrows can do more. once fired it's hard to see clint surviving. he'd need to kill yondu before yondu could control his arrows. btw--i liked gotg the movie a lot more than i thought i would, but i absolutely hated what they did to yondu. made no sense whatsoever.....
