Where exacty do you place him power level wise? IMO, he is CLEARLY a "Herald Plus", not a full step beyound the elite herald buster, but a half step. In the Sentry/Blue Marvel/WWH/WWIII Black Adam/First Born/Photon/H'el category. What do you think?
I am talking since then which has been his last incarnation, the Quantam Mage. The way he easily took out Surfer and Quasar recently was an impressive display of raw power.
Okay, but so what? Either you have to the power to take out those two or you don't. "Short circuiting" the Quantum bands is talking out the source of an entire herald power set. Also, in Annihilation II, it seemed he was more powerful than High Evolutionary.
