This would be amazing to see in a comic. Skeletor's more haxx feats are probably > Loki's best. It's a product of the nutty He-Man comics of the last 30 years. He's also been amped a couple times to absurd levels, though I'm not considering that standard. But Loki is a better tactician imo, and has a volume of versatility feats that Skeletor would struggle to match.
