Gotta go with super-ultron-prime.
Primary adamantium makes his skin virtually indestructible even when he was struck by people like Thor...
Since he is a robot he would never tire... Unlike thanos-prime...
And with that incredible durability he would outlast the best thrown at him...
Also since the op clearly says none of the weaknesses... He won't be manipulated by magnetism or other similar effects...
And ultron has shown the ability to reconstitute or even clone himself to defeat his enemies...
Ultron some weakness is usually his speed where he can't react fast enough... Backed by SBP speed and reaction te that likely won't happen...
I see the edge going to the robot prime amalgam
