I think the ranged attacks of CA and DD give them the edge.

Edit: I missed the line where you said Angel and Spike have wrist spring loaded stakes and swords but I still think CA and DD win more often than not.

I think the Comic Versions have a shot, but the Movie versions would lose hands down to the TV show versions of Angel and Spike.

Also the comics and TV show are 100% canon with another as Joss Whedon continues the Seasons in comics from the TV shows.

I'll go Team 2. Cap was perfectly capable of decapitating Baron Blood, who was a more full-featured vamp than these guys.

He was only able to do that because Baron Blood was weakened though

While Angel fell of a building that's atleast 30 stories high, got up and walk away like it was nothing. All it did was pissed him off.

Fought on after being stabbed in the throat.

As a human, he was using spells to hold his injuries at bay. Once the spell wore off, all his injuries came back in an instance. The injuries varies from broken wrist, multiple ribs been broken, he's spine was also broken. He was still conscious.

Angel trumps Spike in all areas. Angel just didnt care anymore. It's proven true when in a few episodes later when Angel beat Spike, Lorne, and Wesley like it was nothing.
