Luther Strode vs Cassandra Cain

Naturally, this is prior to the New 52 for Cassandra as she has few appearances in it as it is.

Luther Strode is as he is after the events of the Legend of Luther Strode. No restraints on either side, and CIS/PIS is off.

Now as to why.

Luther speed feats are more consistent to bullet speeds where Cassandra May or May not be bullet speed.

Luther move reading is more detailed than Cass.

Luther has the major edge in durability and strength.

Cass has cool toys, but little to affect Lither after all he brushed off.

Cass may have the skill, but Luther's powers stem from the skill of murder.

So Luther should win.

What would be a closer match for Luther?

I was thinking Midnighter but I wasn't sure whether it would be one-sided or not.

Cassandra has some pretty ridiculous bullet-timing so I would argue yes.

Though, Luther defeated the Librarian and that was five years before the Legend of Luther Strode where he has gotten even more powerful and deepened his mastery of the sacrament (aka, The Hercules Method).

The Librarian could do this.
