Sebastian Shaw. He is/was the Black King in the Hellfire Club's Inner Circle. Jean then Selene was the Black Queen. Emma was the White Queen. Forgot who the White King was originally but Magneto had that position for a few years.
They're named after chess pieces.
And IM wins. He doesn't have to lay a finger on him to do it either. I'm sure Tony could use some sort of sonic attack and KO Shaw like that.

Shaw used to have a very big weakness to cold. Storm once used polar winds to nullify his kinetic charge, and render him nearly useless. Tony has an on board computer that could bring up facts on any, and every super powered character that has every lived. In character, he would probably do this for the easy win.
