Ereshkigal Vs Lady Stxy W/Heartstones

A: Ereshkigal Has the Star Brand. Styx is one with the Heart Stones. Both said to become the highest being in existence. Styx was cofinident she would over throw the Presence.
B: Both Women are at base levels.

Where would you rank the Heartstones again? I thought they were on the level of IG/Star Brand for sure.

Heartstones are universal, below IG. Erishkigal w/SB was going to give LT a fight which was going to devastate reality.

I could have sworn Styx said she would have overthrown God/Presence with the Heartstones. Maybe it's more implied power than anything.
