I wouldn't say he would stomp, even if he had the stones. Prometheus was taking it to the JLA, which had Shade as an ally, IIRC.

This is basic/standard prep, anyway.

The Moon stones are fairly HAXXy you have stuff like time dilation and astral attacks as standard attacks.

Assuming by "standard prep" you mean no army in which case I'm not sure what Zemo really has as most of his big science feats are years in the making deals so he probably loses unless he spams monsters.

How many times has he used them? Must suck to always lose with the stones, but Prometheus' s suit was also haxxed. He had an answer to pretty much everything.
