Sabertooth is an amped Wolverine and it's debatable if Slade could pull a majority against Wolvy. Sabertooth holds nearly every advantage minus fighting skills and even then it's slim. Not only does he carry almost every physical advantage, he has one of the best healing factors in Marvel with a blood thirst to kill from the onset of the battle. Slade is good but not Sabertooth good.

that's not exactly true. Slade's weapons give him a huge ranged advantage and he is most certainly smarter than creed. Since they start in a city and won't be able to immediately attack each other, slade can also set up some traps. With that said, Creed wins 7/10 with difficulty.

What range attacks has Slade shown that would drop Creed? His average weapons. Not a one time showing.

Sabretooth more often than not.

I would love to see this in a comic.

probably ds for a slight majority. he doesn't have to drop creed with the weapons, just hurt him enough to bide time to get in a killing stroke or stab through the heart or head. ds has a lot of gadgets. he'd avoid sabes until there was an opening. logan needs to get in close. that's a disadvantage slade doesn't have. and let's not forget--his staff has some pretty damn good firepower--he's easily taken out starfire more than once and she has some excellent durability showings.....

Me too, OV.

Not sure what deathlash is reading into the OP, but a one block start distance isnt going to give Slade any time for trap setting really. Creed could cover that distance quickly. And Creed's no dummy.

If the fight starts at a distance, it's more of an advantage for Creed than the other way around due to his hyper senses.

I tried to make it as straightforward a fight as possible.
One block gives Creed tome to close distance, Slade time to shoot, but not run off and hide, then it goes h2h, which is way more interesting.

you forget, Creed has been downed by bullets before (as shown by his fight with deadpool) and Deathstroke is an expert marksman. If I recall correctly, slade has harmed starfire with his energy staff. Creed still takes this fight, but I just don't think he wins such an overwhelming victory.

Standard gear? Slade needs to keep his distance and pick Sabertooth off at range, Sabertooth is stronger and Slade isn't going to put him down in a close quarters fight so as long as he keeps distance. Slade could try to use stealth but Creed will most likely pick up on his scent so it most likely won't work.
