I think it would be a tough one for Luther due to Bane's crazy strength and size able skill edge, but yeah Luther's damage soak and healing will be tough to overcome.

Luther is obscenely fast, bullets are slow to him, plus his spider man-ish danger sense, but I wouldn't say they have comparable strength. Luther is definitely superhuman but I'd say Bane has a solid strength and skill edge.
But yeah, realistically Bane would have a tough time getting his hands on Luther.

Yeah, I would also give Bane the strength advantage... But Luther is still more than strong enough to beat Bane to a bloody pulp.
In all honesty, I think Luther stomps pretty hard here.
