Incorrect, she has control over in-organic matter...
The distinction is significant and important...
Dracula is absolutely an organic being, so she cant control him...
Inaddition she would absolutely have to self amp in order to battle Drac, and would quickly burnout her body to ashes in the process...
I say again, Selene will put up considerable resistance in the beginning, but her fate was sealed the moment she challenged the Vampire Lord one on one...
Incorrect. Her power specifically affects non-living matter; organic/inorganic has nothing to do with it. She can easily control, for example, wooden furniture. Wood, as you might know, is organic but non-living material. On the other hand (to complete the proof), she has failed to affect inorganic living beings.
By that time Nimrod had already become "alive" or was at least making the transition. The prime reason for Nimrod's evolution was that he had been living with Jaime Rodriguez's (a construction worker Nimrod saved) family in human form and had been adapting to this social environment. It was in fact just before his fight vs. the X-men & Hellfire club that he realized he had changed (and he was going to run full self-diagnostics afterwards).
And as we know, Selene, to her suprise, could not affect Nimrod with her power.
Nimrod being alive was the reason why he could a bit later detect the X-Men who (after Roma resurrected them) were only observable by living beings, and why he survived the trip through the Siege Perilous.
To my knowledge, Nimrod didnt obtain any organic substance until after his fight with the Xmen/Hellfire club; Nimrods thought process was becoming more "human" but it demonstrated no organic attributes at that time...
He certainly didn't bleed or show any evidence of an outward organic component when Colossus and Shaw shattered his frame...
