you mean like getting punched from earth to the moon and not having a single scratch on him? Or do you mean like how he eradicated a planet busting energy blast and killed a super durable alien with a serious healing factor with one punch?
Saitama's "official" superhero name is the Caped Baldy lol. It's comedic like Tick, and he does some insane things in the manga.

But I wouldn't be surprised if Saitama grew more powerful than Surfer. Saitama's whole schtick is being casual and never serious because he's so much more powerful than everyone else. Even against Boros (who's basically a parody of Freeza) and his planet buster canon, he was still holding back.
Basically making fun of DBZ and other mangas where the only hero worth a damn is the main protagonist. The gag part is how trivially Saitama finishes the villain, no matter how powerful or imposing they seem.
He won't just finish them in one punch. He'll act bored and disappointed doing it. And then go back to playing video games and living a really boring, mundane life.

Saitama's never going to get a real fight. Almost a little tragic for a gag manga, considering he always gets so depressed about it.
One Punch Man would make for some killer crossovers, though. "Oh no, Freeza's somehow come back from the dead again! We must combine our forces and *THWACK*
