Its going to come down between Venom and Omega Red mostly, depending if Red death spores can take down the alien symbiote.
Sabertooth is dangerous, but he can be out maneuver by Goblins flight, Doc. Ock tentacles and Venom? He smash Saber-tooth & Lady Deathstrike easily.
