The Apocalypse in the current stories is Evan, his clone. He was just matured to his adult state in Axis. He doesn't necessarily have the scope of power/experience of the original. Same potential, but not fully realized.
Is Apoc at full potential high herald or trans? In some of his high showings form older comics he did things such as tanking full scream of BB with no damage, or contending with phoenix force Jean Grey, etc.
He SHOULD be a consistent herald buster. He's a guy with molecular control of his entire body. That alone would make him nearly impervenous to all damage, yet Mr. Sinister, his creation, is more consistently shown to have mallable impact resistance than him (IMO). It should be next to impossible to hurt Poccy, and, he shouldn't have to recover other than to reform. Add in his celestial tech and immense psi and genetic knowledge and she should be more. He's not even properly depicted as the sum of his parts.
Now none of this matters except, Hulk moves up in this is the only top 10 two most powerful.Sugar the pug(power scale).The only thing left is to tell you this whole website has been awful,even after I gave you a great night of posting!
