Its actually better than light speed reactions, his amulet (a skyfather weapon aimiliae ro thoe) auto attacks an enemy or blasts at ls, basically absorbing it.

Interesting but irrelevant.
Dr. Strange has always had auto shields, same as a Green Lantern and as effective, meaning, depending on the competency of the writer.

It does look fake, true.

I did a better job using standard MS Paint with a certain Spidey/Kingpin scan.

The shields aren't invulnerable, though. A skyfather level counter attack would up his game against high herald and up.
