Hercules wins but he would work for it. My reasoning is that in character, he wouldn't use deadly force against his friends. So at 7 things get extremely tricky for him.
This team is A LOT to overcome for a ground based CL100 brick.
Individually he'd slaughter any of them. Together it's a different story. Once he got to 6 it'd be lights out for him.
Spiderman, IF, and Panther can pester like there's no tomorrow. Cap throws his shield to LC and it starts getting ugly for Herc. You got to understand, Hercules has NOTHING going for him aside from CL100 strength and durability. Herc has no energy projection or flight to open up some space and pick them off one by one. Some of these guys have gone up against CL100 bricks and held their own for a while and others have legendary jobber auras.

It's standard, BUT Hercules hasn't been really seen or used since Avengers vs X-Men (2012) so that's why you haven't seen him much
After chaos war he became depowered and started to rely on those weapons. So most would be physically his superior (he's basically peak human now) but the weapons would be a huge help
He was just that hardcore that he continued to shoot his arrows after getting shot.
His shield turns people to stone, his sword cuts through anything (as does his arrows, which are also tipped with hydra blood), and he has a helmet that makes him invisible.
He also wore some body armour, was tanking punches and body slams from a class....whatever. (Kykynos).
He had his own 12 part mini series, tussled a bit with Elektra in it, then was seen In Avengers Academy and a few guest appearances here and there.
