Takion should be far higher than that, especially if he's accessing the Source.

No name New Gods prior to the new 52 were able to create Universes while just playing around.

And Takion is far more powerful than those no name New Gods.

Takion really lacks combat feats, and lacks feats in general. "if he's accessing the Source" sounds nice, but that's pretty much just a big hypothetical.

DotNG Infinity-Man was a beast, and could play with the big guns on Marvel's team, but I'm assuming normal version. Rest of his team gets slaughtered anyways.
