How is Cable beating Mags?

Cables telepathy is greater than Xavier. And Xavier successfully mind wiped him. Cable would do the same.

Cable has greater stamina than Magneto thanks to Deadpools healing factor.

Its what permitted him to apply Global Scale TP and TK without rest for weeks. Magneto does not have the Stamina to shield and attack Cable.

Why does TK not penetrate a shield? TK is not like reaching a hand through, whats the general consensus for something like that?

TK does not exist in our universe so its properties are entirely up to the writers. For example, Magneto's shields happen to provide protection against it (the writers have decided so).

TK has never bypassed Mags shields. That's why I am asking how Cable is winning this.
