If PG can catch her bullets and throw them back, Gorgon can reflect them at her with ease. Her bullets hurt her as well. Also, he's basically fast enough to blitz her, she has no defense against his stone gaze unless she's blind or that bandana keeps her from seeing. On top of that, he can predict her every move with his telepathy and tank/heal from everything she throws at him.
That still shows the bullets can be turned back against her. Does she have any showings against someone as fast as Gorgon who speedblitzed Wolverine and effortlessly chopped off Yo-Yo's(a speedsters) arms with no problem? And what's to stop him from simply healing even if he does get hit?
Being able to kill a solid being, however powerful, doesn't prove it can kill ghosts, Kitty Pride, or Prince of Orphans in his mist form.
I'd like to think Grassecutter could, if it can kill skyfathers, but it's not a given.
Stormbringer, which is the definitive plot device sword, killed gods and basically helped reset the universe. Still had trouble with constructs that didn't possess souls..
