Short of stepping in between attoseconds and IMP'ing DD a few million/billion times before DD has a chance to react, Zoom simply has no legitimate way of harming DD to any extent.

be interesting to see if dd would be able to adapt to zoom's powers if it went on for long enough. i could see zoom smacking him around, then dd developing a way to grab him or something.

Or just evolving a way to cancel out his time-bubble. He already canceled out Waverider's chronal powers, after all, so it's not too far of a stretch.
